Apartment Renovation

This project involved the partial renovation of an apartment in The Osborne Apartments, a New York City Landmark built in 1885.

The renovation consisted of the construction of a new mezzanine and the renovation of two bathrooms. The design’s inventions are the result of existing or new physical constraints (an immoveable steam pipe in the case of the guest bathroom and the height limitations resulting from the new mezzanine in the case of the master bathroom).
