"The Center Welcomes NYers Home" New York Blade News

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center reopened its doors at 208 West 13th Street July 12, marking the completion of a $12 million historic renovation that began nearly 3 years ago. With over 2,000 spectators in attendance and choirs singing, members of the Center's Youth Enrichment Services (Y.E.S.) program cut a ribbon and the doors of the Center reopened to the public.
